Freezing bell peppers...

I gathered some more peppers from the garden.. I washed them and removed all the seeds.

Then I diced them into small pieces..

I place the peppers in freezer bags and put into the freezer.. remove the amount I need for chili, soup, baked beans,etc.-then put the bag back in the freezer.I had 5 quart bags this time.

Help me like peppers. I've never been brave enough to try one. Terrible huh? Which is sweet and how do you fix it?

Hey, thanks for stopping in at my blog to register for the honey giveaway. I love what you are writing about.. right up my alley! Hey, just a tidbit.. your font is a bit dark and hard to read (for the older audience you have) and a bit tiny too. Blessings!!!

Im glad I stopped by to see how your preserving is going. I do this with fruits, add strawberries and melons to little baggies and store then that way to add to yoghurt snacks for my kids lunches. I wanted to ask if you had any good recipes (eldest having a class fundraiser asking for preserves, jams, pickles, chutneys etc.) I have strawberries, apples, pears, oranges, lemons and an abundance of cauliflower. I would very much appreciate some no fail advice from someone who knows what they are doing. Btw, that book in your most recent post seems interesting. you have to do a review when youre done reading! xx
