Canning vegetable soup :)

We had Homecoming at our church yesterday and I had plenty of beans and corn left over so I decided to add all the extra's in and make a run of veg. soup. I canned 9 quart jars today. I added beans, corn, garlic, chicken broth, cabbage, carrots, onions, salt, pepper and potatoes. After I simmer this mixture in a large canner I put it out into my jars and put the lids/rings on them and put into pressure cooker and cook on 10lbs. of pressure for one hour. I usally make veg. soup from scratch and serve it that day but having some canned makes for a quick meal. When I open a jar I also add some cheese/milk as I am heating it up and serve with cornbread :) It is a chilly day here.. You can "feel" fall in the air..this soup sure will taste good when the snow is flying..
Thankful for all of my many blessings.

Misty: That looks so delicious. I'll have to make that come fall. Fortunately, it's still too warm here for that yet!
