Buttermilk

Time to make more buttermilk..

A bowl of tomatos...

I canned some tomatos today and made 9
quarts of kraut..I love harvesting the food
that we grow and storing it for winter..
God is good!!

Fun at the pool..

Yesterday-we had fun at the pool.

My three boys,my three nieces

and one of their friends enjoyed

the diving boards,having noodle fights

and playing football, etc. We also

met with another homeschool

family there.

Some rainbows that we have spotted locally..

We have had alot of rain. Having had several years

of drought-we sure need it..The weather for the next

week is supposed to be hot and sunny.Lord willing,

I will be canning tomatos, salsa and kraut this coming

week. Then the corn should be just about ready..

We like spotting rainbows after storms...And I am

thankful that we know the promise God made when

he set the rainbow in the sky... And all of his other

wonderful promises...He will never break his promises...

Football Season!!

Well it's that time of year again.. I really like football.

Just not when my boys are playing it.HAHA

-Makes me nervous... Since my oldest is playing

highschool ball this year-his practices have been

4-5 hours...My jr. high son only has a 2 hour practice..

(Of course these are everyday..) My 9 yr. old may not

play this year(youth club)-there are not

enough boys signed up yet.. So he is planning on

getting in more hunting time... They all love to hunt..

You name it-they usually hunt it... They also love to fish..

I love my boys.. God has been so very good to me!!

A bloom...

This is a bloom on the rose bush that my boys

got me for Mother's Day. How sweet..haha :)
